Every Blensi is checked by hand before it heads your way.
The short version
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Most arrive in 6–10 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours is on the move.
Why a few days, and not "overnight"
We're not a warehouse full of dusty boxes. Blensi is a small, focused brand — every headband is inspected for stitching, sound, and finish before it's packed, so the one that lands on your doorstep is the one we'd give our own kids.
That care adds a couple of days. We think a calm flight beats a rushed package — and judging by the parents who write in, so do they.
How long it takes
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (we inspect & pack)
- Delivery: 6–10 business days after it ships
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Ordered Friday night? Processing starts Monday.
Tracking your order
The second your Blensi ships, we email you a tracking link. Heads up: it can take 2–4 days for the first scan to show up after you get that email — that's completely normal and doesn't mean anything's stuck. Once it starts moving, updates roll in daily.
Planning a trip?
If you've got a flight or road trip coming up, order at least 2 weeks ahead to give your Blensi time to arrive and beat the chaos. Cutting it close? Email us and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it.
Shipping cost
Your shipping total is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the fact.
Wrong address or a package that won't show up
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order ships we can't reroute it. If tracking says "delivered" but it's not in your hands, check with your carrier first, then email us and we'll help you chase it down.
